Rooted

For students and young adults

“I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the length and width, height and depth of God’s love, and to know Christ’s love that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:17-19 CSB

“Rooted” is the student and young adults’ group of Grace Church Brighton. During term time, we meet regularly to study the Bible, encourage one another, and eat together. All are welcome, both those who follow Jesus and those interested to know more. Members of Rooted are encouraged to engage in wider church life too, serving and learning with the wider church family.

The aim of Rooted is to help students and young adults grow as disciples of Jesus by being:
1) Rooted in Christ as Lord over all of life;
2) Rooted in God’s Word, the Bible, as our supreme authority and guide for all of life;
3) Rooted in God’s love through Jesus and the gospel.

Come and join us for dinner and Bible study at the URC Christian Centre on Lewes Road at 7:30pm every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month!

Rooted is led by the Students and Young Adults’ Worker, Oli Butler. Please contact him for the latest information:
